Default Discharged two batteries and can't get charged

Have a 2011 Precedent with 2013 Trojan 8 volt batteries. I had accessories wired to two batteries which I left on and drained the two batteries. How is the best way to try to bring the two batteries back to life?

Use an auto charger to bring them back one at a time. Don't leave them on unattended because you can overcharge them with a 12V auto charger. You want to get them back up to were the others are as much as possible before you charge the pack in series.

Get yourself a 12v reducer. Battery pack imbalance can be hard to re-level leading to early battery pack demise.

At work we commonly had 2 12v batteries in series for 24 volts and on occasion when we wired to one battery for a 12v application, it would lead to premature battery failure as you stated. A DC-DC converter will eliminate that issue.

It is especially difficult to correctly restore 8v batteries with 12v charging. A reducer would be a good investment but, the reducer has to be turned off when the cart is not in use. Get a reducer with a key switch relay connection and remember to turn the key off when the cart is not in use for best results.
