Hello and welcome to BGW. Did you measure your pack voltage? Measure each battery? If so what was the reading. When you press the go pedal do you hear a click or nothing?
Did this problem just happen or did it happen after servicing your cart?

Why don't you post the s/n for reference. I thought the Precedent wasn't introduced until 2004...

48.7 volts is 50% so your pack did not charge. 100% would be like 51 volts. Measure each battery. even at 48 volts it should do something.
Do you have 4 12 volt or 6 8 volt batteries. Are you running any accessories like radio lights fan?

48.7v is nearly 50% depleted or empty. Test again when you try to go what does the pack go down to? If it drops drastically you may have a battery problem. If if stays the same and the cart is not making any click noise you may have a solenoid activation (or OBC) problem. Does the cart charge system work?

i have 4 12v batteries and no accessories....the day i went to use my cart i noticed the charger hadnt charged my batteries and i taught it was because voltage was too low so i charged my batteries individually and they did go up to full charge but the cart still didnt do nothing

check "ALL" cables and make sure every thing is clean and tight. is you cart stock or has it been lifted. I had a wire come off the motor once. so make sure all cables are connected. HUMMM but still no click????
