Default 99 CC DS factory turn signals/brake lites

Hello,
I have a 1999 CC DS 48Volt cart with factory headlights/turn signals and brake lights. My turn signals and brake lights work great as long as the headlights are not on. With the headlight on they do not work. Just wondering how they are wired. I used to have a 01 DS and I installed turn signals and headlights myself using a convertor and a 12V separate fuse box. I am not sure how CC di this from the factory. I am thinking I might have a ground problem. Anyone out there that can help me or have a diagram how they wired the lights? Thanks, Kim
