Run/Tow switch question
2001 ds regen. I was installing a voltage reducer yesterday and flipped run/tow switch and disconnected batts, put everything back together and everything worked perfectly. Only problem is, I forgot to move switch back to run. Should I have been able to ride with it in "tow"? I thought I understood that switch to remove power to controller. Haven't chased any wires yet. I guess it's possible that the switch could be bad but I just don't (wanna) believe it. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Re: Run/Tow switch question
If it runs in the TOW position the switch is probably internally welded closed. Un-plug the tow/run switch and see if it'll run. If it wont run with the switch unplugged it's definitely a problem with the switch. Replace the switch and you'll be good to go.
