Default 1996 Powerdrive onboard charger wiring help

I have 1996 cc ds with the powerdrive system. It has an onboard charger (model#17935), there are three wires from charger (red, blue, and black). Where do I connect them? Any help would be great!

The OBC will reset automatically after power is removed for more than 10 minutes, I am sure it will take you longer than that to replace the batteries.

I Hope this picture helps:

Ok. This is all confusing to me. This is what I got. When I hook the charger up the way the diagram above shows I seem to get nothing. The charger had a low hum when plugged in and the charger meter reads 0 and does not change. If I move the the black wire of the charger from the back of the receptacle and place it on the neg battery of the series then the hum gets louder, shoots up to about 15 and starts to drop to 10ish. I'm afraid to leave it because these are brand new batteries. I ran it for the weekend and each battery is reading 7.6-7.8 so I know it needs to be charged. I don't know what to do. Do you guys have any suggestions? I was thinking of getting the male plug end for the charger and using it as an external charger. I may have a lead on an old fashioned 48v club car charger. Can I make this work? I'm lost! Or can I charge
It with the black wire from the charger to the neg battery terminal?

By doing that you are by passing the obc you can charge your batteries that way but keep an eye on them. The charger will not turn off on its own. You may be able to just reset the obc and all may be fine. Other will chime in that know more than me.

On edit I see others have chimed in. Seems you may have a bad obc.

Talked to Scotty b today and he hooked me up with a dpi charger. Can't wait for it to get here and put a stop to all this mess. Thanks for the help!
