The same control works for all precedent model drive systems right out of the box without a program change.
Scotty, I'm not following you , regarding the mcors. What is different, aren't you still using the mcors with this controller?

The XCT control has throttle auto calculation. It will read the input signal from the cart and establish that as 0-100% whether it is a true 5k-0Ω or 6800 - 1350Ω. The control will accept that range and make it the full throttle range which eliminates any and all previous throttle compatibility issues. The result is the smoothest throttle you ever felt. Combined with very high torque throughout the full pedal range you get a very controllable but snappy cart.

Scotty, any concerns of problems over running a stock motor?

Not really. Yamaha stock motors report trouble after running 500 amp control. I think 400a has always been the agreed standard for stock sepex motors. And 500a for aftermarket motors. 500a is a max for stock series motors. Some people disagree about 500a on stock motors but I have hundreds of customers doing so for many years to prove it is okay.
I have always used the same rule of thumb for CC and EZ. And I see no need to change application with this line of controls.
I will offer one caution. There are some adjustments that can be made with regard to motor rpm and field weakening that can be detrimental to any motor. These adjustments should only be changed by somebody guided by the motor manufacture's recommendations.

I am running the stock motor as hard as I can on hilly terrain for a month of testing now.

Checking to see if anyone has installed the Admiral MOT-A2 motor with the XCT controller - and if so do you have the correct field map. Received the field map this week, just finished installing the motor and 2ga cables - went to upload the new field map and noticed Alltrax sent me a hex file for the MOT-A, not the txt file needed for the XCT.

Bit disappointing getting the cart back together only to realize I have the wrong map, have emailed Alltrax but wanted to reach out to see if anyone had the correct file so I could run the cart this weekend.

Scotty, you say the F1 and F2 wires are reversed on the diagram, I'm assuming that applies to my DS since it's an IQ?

Yes the owner manual that came with the control has F1 and F2 reversed location for ALL models... no new manuals printed yet that I know of. My diagrams sent with purchase show the correct locations. But if you wind up going reverse when the button is in Forward ..... just swap F1 and F2 at the control. It's a pain but it's a simple fix.
