Chinese/eBay Chargers
Hey guys, I just entered the golf cart world and I was looking for a cheap 36 v Charger and I came across one on eBay.
It says it's 36 v and 5 amps. I saw one for as low a 75 bucks. They are way smaller than my currently broken powerwise. My question is, has anyone ever tried these things? Do they work well enough or are they garbage over the long term? Ps, as I understand it the 5 amp just mean a longer charge time, yes? Anyhoo, thanks a bunch you guys are awesome |

Re: Chinese/eBay Chargers
5amps is not enough push to charge a large bank of batteries efficiently....it will maintain them but not really charge them properly. Look at the DPI charger if you want a good one.

Re: Chinese/eBay Chargers
Most golf cart 48v chargers are 15A and that seems to be the magic number.
