hand rails
i have a 1991 club car ds with black handrails on side of front seat, has anyone ever taken the rubber coating off of them and if it is aluminum, im thinking about taking it off and polishing them out to a shine

I have a 92 and that's what I did. It's not solid underneath it has groves in it. I would imagine if you looked at the end of it, it would look like a 4 or 5 point star. Looks a lot better than the black rubber though!
