intermittent power loss
2007 club car ds that loses power. From a previous thread I thought it was the mcor but I replaced it and have the same problem.

If you lost power on the multimeter when you were tapped into the green wire then there are only two possible scenarios. One is that the microswitch in the MCOR is bad, which is what we assumed. The green wire is where the power exits the MCOR en route to the controller. The only other possibility is that the power supply is getting disrupted before it gets into the MCOR via the blue wire. This can come from a short in the wiring at any point in the entire electrical system. However, it may also be something as simple as a short in the keyswitch. I don't know the history of your vehicle, but if it was previously used on a golf course near the ocean you may have some wiring harness damage. Harnesses are fairly cheap. They're about the same as an MCOR. I'd check the simple stuff first though. Check for power going in, and out, of the keyswitch via the green (in) and blue (out). Use positive lead and put negative lead of meter on B- battery to do these tests.
