power loss
2004.5 club car ds 48 v IQ I replaced the controller with a curtis 350 amp a month ago and every thing was fine, now with the gas pedal down 7/8 its fine I press it fully and it slows down to almost a stop? I did the speed sensor test and it does slow it down and beep ...any ideas?

Re: power loss
I replaced MCOR on my 04 and was told to get the original MCOR. It works good.

Re: power loss
Look at the excellent write up TahoeDawgZ71 did on the different pedal groups/MCORS:
http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...explained.html According to that article, You will need: MCOR1 to MCOR4 Conversion for DS - AM293101Also, with the Key Switch off, pump the pedal all the way Down and Up about 30 to 50 times. If the problem goes away for a while, the issue is definitely the MCOR protective coating has worn off on the upper section of the MCOR resistance track allowing it to get oxidized. |
