Smile Trouble-shooting Tree

I wondered if anybody has done a step by step trouble-shooting tree or guide to help figure out some of the more common issues that people have with their carts...I realize it's not as simple as I am making it but it's doable. Just some food for thought.

Maybe some things are common to test but there are so many models and differences in each to may be complicated. Maybe a list of the basics would be reasonable.

There was one posted last week from FSIP. Troubleshooting guide for Precedent.
Looked it up it was 2 months ago.

I don't think I'd start by jumping headlong into the wiring like that on any job. Most all (like 95%) of the time I see a Precedent in for repair, it's either for batteries on an MCOR. Rarely ever is there anything else wrong that isn't directly related to a customer blowing it up.

But Scooter is right in that with all the different carts and configurations for each one it would be almost impossible. EZGO's fry solenoids far more than CC's do. EZGO also cooks controllers far more. (like the DCS) But the CC MCOR fails more often than an EZGO's ITS system.
