So how did you get that 2ga cable to fit through the OBC opening without damaging the hall effect sensor?

I didn't route the 2 gauge through the obc. It was too large do I took it through the opening with all the other cables. I may have been wrong but it appeared the ground wasn't connected to anything in the obc so I didn't think it mattered.

It matters, this is how the OBC measures current being used, in order for it to work correctly you must pass through it to accurately charge your batteries.

Ah ok. So what do you typically do to keep from damaging the sensor when upgrading to 2 gauge cables?
