Body Swap

I have a chance to pick up a brand new XRT body and was wondering if anyone has ever changed to this from a DS body 2002. I would have to get a filler panel for front, drill hole for F&R switch and move charger port. Not sure if there is anything else I would need to do. I also have a 74 & 78 caroche and thought if I switched the back it would save me a lot of time. Body was just taken off a new cart and they are asking $299.00 for front and back. I thought that was a good price. They usually sell take offs cheap, picked up a Ds roof for $20 and a Ds body for $40.00 that is used. If anyone has ever made this swap please let me know your thoughts. Thank you

I've been interested in this myself. Where are you getting the XRT bodies, if you don't mind me asking. I like the front end so much better than stock.

They only have one right now, it's a golf cart sales place at the jersey shore. I may have to pass on it just because I have way to much going on right now. I don't think they would ship but you can pm me for info.
