Club Car electric motor bushing

Does anyone know what this would be called and also where I might be able to find one. This came out of a friends cart. This is from the inside of the electic motor, the bolt to the white cable broke off and this is what I found once i got the motor out and removed the internals. I would like to replace it with the same setup, otherwise I may need to improvise and find a different type of insulator.
