Default Finally picked up our Cart

Here's our cart as we picked it up from the neighbor and our local high school as Peachtree City is a golf car community.

Clean Ride. Does it have the extended top over the back seat?

It's a shame you have to have huge yellow decal on the side like that. Seems they could make a license plate instead.

Yea, I'm not so keen on those either. But it's part of what is required. You have to pay $70 to register a new car and make it legal. Must have lights, horn, and not go over 19mphs. The cool thing though, if you buy one that is already registered, it's only $5 to transfer to your name. That's what I did.

Yes, that's the high school and most parents in Peachtree City give their kids carts. In Peachtree City we have over 100 miles of cart paths and you can get anywhere in the city as well as most residential streets are legalized. The local stores have specific designated golf cart parking as well. At age 12 you can drive a cart as long as an adult is with you. At age 14 you can drive a cart by yourself, however, from 14 on if you do something stupid on the cart it can be counted towards your official driving record, even if you don't have a license or permit yet as an attempt to keep the kids responsible. The entire community is cart oriented so people watch out for them and respect them as it's just part of us.

Here is the map of our city. Everything you see in red is a specific golf cart path. They have tunnels under and bridges over the highways and busy streets. There are three cart dealers in town including a factory authorized Club Car and EZGO dealer.

Even the local Best Buy has a Geek Squad Golf Cart http://img367.imageshack.us/img367/7050/img01692pq.jpg
