I know for parts and suspension they are the same as a ds. I think the bodies are interchangeable as well. I have not tried though.

I found one for sale at a decent price and was wondering if it could be lifted using a DS lift kit? Anyone Know?

It's on a DS Frame. The DS Body should bolt right up. The drivetrain on electric cars is the IQ system. Gas models use the FE350 engine.
