MCOR maybe, need picture of how to bypass

New golf cart owners, 2007 CC Precedent. After reading posts here, assuming our MCOR is a problem. Cart goes really slow, hesitates, etc. Tahoedawg suggests bypassing the MCOR to check, can someone post a picture how to bypass? Read that we should bypass the two pin connector but have no idea how. I am posting this for the hubbie, he is mechanically inclined but computers, not so much. Thanks for any help.

Attached is a PDF file showing the Pedal Group Assembly. You'll remove or lift up the floor mat, remove #7, a removable floor panel and you'll see the MCOR, #11. There are two plugs inserted into the MCOR, #12. Unplug the top one with Two wires, insert a large paper clip into the 2 holes in the plug and that is how to bypass the MCOR micro switch inside the MCOR for testing,

Is the MCOR bypass the same on my 2010 HuntVe which is built off a Club Car? I'm having similar problems. Have new Trojan batteries and 2 gauge wires, but run time seems like it's down and the same surging and lower speeds. Putting the cart in neutral and pumping the throttle a few dozen times seems to fix things for short periods of time. Sorry to hijack your post....

The pumping the pedal fix is a sure sign that the throttle pot inside the MCOR is bad. As the pumping action tends to "scrub" the windings and create a fresh surface for the wiper to contact. The best bet is going to be to replace the MCOR with a new one. I'm thinking that you have a MCOR 2 and and with the correct adapter cord the current MCOR 4 is a plug-in play improvement.

I can tell you right now M Cores are your problem. This has been going on for years with this part. No need to bypass anything just order a new m core .

Thanks for the info on the MCOR for the HuntVe. Since HuntVe's don't have a dealer in Ohio, I've had some really good customer service straight with working with the factory. I'll give them a call. They've been pretty amazing sending me things over the years. If that doesn't work out, is there a good supplier here who'll know the correct adapter for the MCOR and have all that in stock?

OK, I'm getting educated here on the MCOR for my HuntVe, so the P# above is an early original MCOR. Do I gain anything (speed, ??) by getting the conversion kit to an MCOR 4 or should I just slap in another original one?

From what I know about the MCOR, they have had alot of issues over the years. They have redesigned it over and over trying to improve it. As far as getting better performance out of it I would say no.

Bypassing, unplug the two pin connector from the MCOR and jump the harness side with a paper clip. If there are no more issues since you've done that, you need an MCOR
