Default Wiring question 01 regen 2

On the wiring diagram it shows several wires sonic welded together. The colors are red/white, orange/white, red, red, its like 6 of them. Are these wires positive or negative? This regen is kicking my behind. Please help.

That sonic weld junction is the positive feed from the OBC.

Power goes into the OBC via the Red/White wire.

When the OBC is not in lockout mode, power goes out on the Blue wire to that junction.

When You disconnected the OBC 6-pin connector and jumped the Red/White with the Blue wire, You by-passed the OBC lockout and provided power directly to that junction.

You said the reverse buzzer sounded for only 1 second, that is not good since at this point the controller is the only device involved in turning the buzzer ON.

The only thing I can think of for you to try is to disconnect the Blue and the Red/White (positions #1 and #2) from the FNR and connect those 2 wires together.

If You have a short in the FNR and it is simultaneously sending a Forward and a Reverse signal to the controller, it may malfunction the way You are describing.

Is there a procedure for testing the controller? Thanks so much for your help.

With the OBC by-pass in place and with the Tow/Run on Run:

Put FNR on reverse, verify that You have:
+48v on Controller pin #1 Red wire.
+48v on Controller pin #5 Blue wire.
If You get +48v on those 2 pins and the reverse buzzer does not come ON, the controller is probably bad.

If indeed I have a controller issue could I upgrade my controller and get a few mph out of this? Or will I need to up motor as well? I have 23'' tires and my speed is 16 mph now. No offroading.

This morning the buzzer is alarming while in reverse and the tow or run on. Was not doing this yesterday. Wow

Replaced obc and controller and still having same issues. Cart is in lock out mode. I can jump the red and blue wire for the obc and get back up alarm. The b silenoid will engage but nothing out of a silenoid.cart will not move. Is there any thing that could make cart go in lock out mode with two different obc?
