Cart Jerks on take off
cart is a 1995 elmco 6 12 volt batteries with a Cadillac body on the clubcar chasis jerks on take off in forward or reverse however runs fine after that every now and then I will get nothing pump the pedal ba few times and it runs with the hard jerking at first though. I got all lights working now except brake lights just put in a new stereo and speakers just don't know where to start on the jerking hard on start out. Thanks in advance for any info.

THX jj is that the box on the rail about 10 inches from the motor with I think 4 plugs to it coming directly from the motor it is blue in color about 6x8 inches in size .. or is it down by the accelerator pedal thx again

sounds like you are describing the controller.
the mcor is black plastic box, if cart is a ds, it is mounted under the passenger side. it will have 2 electrical connectors plugged into it. |

1995 club car mcor
So I pulled my mcor out today 1995 club car and cant find anything that looks like it on line am I missing some thing about this I have pics but cant post them since I have not been a long time member I think because it doesn't show any attach links found the attach so I edited it

If you keep all your post about this cart in one thread, it will make it easier to help you. I moved all your post to this thread And in one of your threads you say 4 batteries.? and in this thread you say 6 batteries. It is 4 - 12 volt batteries right? |

Johnny -- That picture, is NOT an mcor. Looks like it serves the same function as an mcor, but no use searching for mcor on line.
Next, clear up : how many batteries are in the cart, 4 batteries or 6 batteries? And this is a 95 club car DS correct? Verify this info, and we can start looking for you. |

yes sir, 6 batts when you say ds im new to this though im sending pics of cart id tags it is made by emco on club car frame
