In the process of the 36 to 48 v swap on my 01 CC DS, I'm at the point of mounting my pot box. I've realized there are a couple of options I have. One is notching the frame to center the pedal rod and mount it closer to the center of the frame. The other is to mount it more to the drivers side on the frame rail and use a bell crank setup to lengthen the rod. If anyone has pictures of their fabrications I'd really appreciate seeing what you did. I just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing before I start drilling holes. Thanks.

No one has changed their DS from 36 to 48 and installed the pot themselves?

I see, so you mounted it all the way in the rear by the controller then? I was trying to figure out how to get it mounted up front and use the existing accelerator rod. You must have had to use a bell crank up front then, right?

Yes, the bell crank is mounted under the floorboard near the throttle pedal.
