Default Need help w/ Brakes and possibly w/ lift kit

I have a ds that I lifted with jakes (double a arm). Three issues:

1. When going in reverse (especially down a SLIGHT downhill I tap the brakes and the pedal slams back against my foot (basically lock up the brakes) and cart brakes lock up. When going forward all operates as normal.

2. It seems the jakes rear lift blocks slide (rotate) along the back axle - I have tightened the uBolts to maximum tightness but am thinking that my brakes are due to the axle slightly rotating in reverse causing the brakes to lock up (cables tightening).

3. Replaced rear drum brake pads and they seem to be always slightly engaged when driving. they are self adjusting brakes so how do I release some tension? I've loosened the cables so they aren't tight but still seem to "rub" the drums during normal driving.

Anyone have these issue? Would love to get the Allsports rear lift brackets (fit inside the stock axle brackets so rotation isn't possible - jakes you should replicate :) but they won't sell the rear bracket by itself and I don't want to buy a whole new double a arm lift....should have probably bought the Allsports?

Also If anyone knows a good cart guy in St. Louis area let me know and I will gladly take it there. 3 kids don't allow much cart repair time :)

Let me know your advice... Thanks!
