My 2004 club car ds is making a horrible noise around the rear passenger wheel. I recently installed a flip seat, but the noise just started. I ordered HD springs

I did and couldn't find anything, I'm getting some jack stands tomorrow to really get up there for a better look.

Couldn't wait so I just borrowed my neighbors. Jacked it up with his big floor jack, some things I noticed.

When using a stick and pushing the gas, the noise isn't very noticeable in the air.

When I let off the gas the passenger tires continues to spin while the drivers side almost stops immediately (maybe normal)

Still can't find anything rubbing.

Added at 11:08pm
Couldn't sleep, went out to take the tire off and discovered I was missing a nut!! There was only 3 and they weren't real right!
