I think is 1995 until October 2013 (early 14 precedent models).

Also, there were no 36v OBC systems as it requires the 3 pin round plug (positive, negative and sense wire).

Club Car is using a stand alone charger now called ERIC. No OBC.
I understand this is standard on all Precedents manufactured after Sept. 2013. That was from a press release. Don't know if the date is accurate in practice.

Makes me wonder how can it tell if one battery in the pack needs more charging that the others or It can't do this?

A charger would need a connection to each battery to do individual charging

Yup I figured that, that is the biggest downfall of any of these pack chargers but I guess for all practical purposes it is the best option.

It is the logical connection and should work fine for the useful life of the batteries baring any imbalance created by lack of water or uneven draw (accessory tap). Most users never do an equalization charge as recommended. I think an equalization charge done once a month as recommended would extend your battery useful life significantly.

I have a charger that does the equalization (I think that is what it is called) charge of individual 12V batteries, when I did the hydrometer test on my pack, I found one battery a cell that was lower than the rest of the pack. I use the voltage chart to monitor the battery and used this charger to run the EQ charge. The one cell came up to .1 of the pack. it seemed to help the run time of the entire pack.
