DC Motor Controller Disassemble
Does anyone know how to open a DC Motor Controller. Its and old one out of my Club Car and I am curious to the insides and see if I can see what went wrong with it and to see if I can fix it. Just not sure how to get the cover off of it. Its grey in color I know not much help but I don't have the numbers of it at this moment

Re: DC Motor Controller Disassemble
This is just an idea, sometimes they hide a screw under labels , that is a hard drive in the picture, have not taken one of these apart,
if it has a tag with will void warranty, that is a good place to look also,... |

Re: DC Motor Controller Disassemble
This is how an IQ controller looks on the inside, the Series controllers are simpler since they have a single PWM driver output.
