Being I'm building a low profile street car, If I decided to go new motor, controller, wires etc, how fast can I make it reasonable without having to build a drag cart?

not really an answer to the speed question, use the bag well for batteries, then lower the height of the seats. lower center of gravity.

Yea that isn't what I said, not going to build a drag cart, keep it simple, pure power to the road. Whatever I get is what I get.
