Default King Pin/Front end spring bushing/sleeve sloppy fit.

Replacing King Pin/Front end spring bushing/sleeve and it is very loose. The sleeve slides right out of the bushings. The bushings also slide right out of the spring housing. Should this bushing/sleeve assembly be this loose. All the other bushings/sleeves replaced were tight and required some muscle to fit properly. Thanks for any answers.
