Ordering some parts. What do I need?

I would like to get an idea of known issues or parts that often need replaced. I just bought a stock, fairly well maintained, 2011 CC and know I need a couple of things like tie rod ends. The cart appears to run well as-is.

Before I ordered, I thought it may be a good idea to ask to see if there are any problems I should look for specifically on the cart so I can go ahead and order.

I would love to just tear it down and rebuild for fun but I don't have the time right now so I am wanting to do the highlights. It will satisfy my need to play with it and hopefully serve a purpose.

I know I want/need:

Tie rod ends
4Ga battery cables
Wheels/tires
Floor mat

Any other parts I should more carefully inspect? Also, just as a side question to this, when buying direct replacement parts from a forum sponsor for example, is it generally understood that the part is aftermarket or OEM? I am used to auto parts being labled one way or the other and most of the cart parts I have looked at don't say.
