Default Powerdrive 3 amp meter

My Powerdrive 3 charger amp meter is fluttering so i changed it out and the new one is doing the same-thing so it must be something else any ideas? it charges fine but the needle stays at 0 and flutters!

You could have a problem with the rectifier in the charger. Early PD3 had a square rectifier. Newer style has a double diode strip design. Regardless of style, the double diode strip are the replacement part. We carry them. Part number 103517401.
