Default Allsports A-Arm LIft and 23" tires, speed?

I have a 2004 Club Car DS cart on setting 3 with high speed magnet. I recently installed a 6" Allsports A-Arm lift, 23" tires and HD Springs from Revolution Golf Cars. It made a huge change and I love it, but here is my problem.

Shouldn't I be around 23 mph? I am now getting around 19-20, which is a 3 mph gain over before the lift. I am told it's probably my MCOR, is that a hard thing to change out. Lastly, do I have to make any motor, obc changes to accommodate the new weight and ride height?

Thanks in Advance

Align the front end. It's way out and that will cost you top end speed

Thanks for noticing that, I just figured my mechanic did it. Never paid attention until now. I'll get on that!

Do your tires stick out the same width front and rear?

Yes. The stance is the same in the front as the rear with the All Sports lift kits.

Not to be rude but if a mechanic lined up that front end I'd be looking for a new wrench as that will flat out ruin you some tires, make the cart handle like crap and cost you some speed too....

If he aligned it and didn't tighten the jam nuts it would pull apart like that. If he didn't align it then I'd also recommend finding a new guy.

I will just adjust it this weekend per TahoeDawgZ71's instructions he sent me last night. It was the first golf cart he's installed them on and finished late Wednesday night.

Per the question, TahoeDawgZ71 also gave me the MCOR update part I need along with controller information. I can't brag on his service at Revolution Golf Carts enough.

It's hard to tell from your pictures, but I think the camber angle on the drivers side is off. Check that as well as your toe. I've read and heard that about David over at Revolution, from here as well as shops in my area
