may need a used oem controller 98 ds 48 volt cc. how to check.

Are you getting anything at all? Does the cart try to move? Is there a run/tow switch under the seat?

You've either got a Regen 1 or 2 system. Is the controller T-shaped?

Start with batteries. How old are they and what is pack voltage?
