Default Club car wont run

I recently became the owner of a Club Car Power drive system 48 A9630-512359 - it wont run. I have checked the wiring and repaired where it was broken. Replaced the solenoid, diode (it was bad). The micro switch for the backup buzzer is bad (its on order) I have 48 volts on the batteries, I have 48 volts on the solenoid big red wire post, I have 48 volts on the 2 small post when the pedal is pressed. The other post with the big yellow wire has voltage until the pedal is pressed then its drops to nothing. The cart will jump when the pedal is pushed, let the pedal up and give it a minute and it will do it again. If I use a jumper wire from the red wire post to the big yellow wire post it will run. Any help would be Greatly Appreciated. Thanks

I don't know much about your cart's drive system, but I can tell you 48 volts is only 45% SOC. I'd get the pack charged back up first.

If you have 48 volts on the 2 small post of the solenoid when you press the pedal, and it runs when you jump the 2 large post on the solenoid. That makes me think the solenoid is not closing the contacts, if they are the contacts are burned or wron out. Try a new solenoid, or at least a different one.

He said he just changed the solenoid?
So yeah he should read 48v across the 2 small solenoid posts only after the gas pedal is depressed. Remove the resistor from big posts for this test. When the solenoid clicks and 48v should be present on both large posts with the resistor removed. Yes?

Yes I put a new solenoid on it and I never hear the solenoid click. Should it click when the key is turned on? It will run if I jump across the 2 big posts.

If it runs when you jump the two large post the solenoid is not working for some reason.

Others on here know more about your drive system than I do, but that is what I think is wrong.

I DONT HAVE 48 VOLTS ON BOTH LARGE POSTS WITH THE RESISTOR REMOVED. WHEN THE PEDAL IS PRESSED I HEAR A CLICK BUT IT SUNDS LIKE IT UNDER THE CART AT THE PEDAL COMPONETS. ANYONE HAVE A PICTURE OF THEIR SOLENOID WIRING? THIS CART HAS BEEN WORKED ON BEFORE, THE SOLENOID I REPLACED LOOKED NEW.

The solenoid is a heavy duty on/ off switch. You should have voltage on one side to main battery neg. then when the solenoid closes or clicks the other side should have voltage. If you put your meter leads on the two big post there should not be voltage on them when the solenoid is closed, it's like putting your leads on the same piece of wire side by side.

If you have a resister on these post it's like the solenoid being closed except the resistor will not allow the cart to run, it has another purpose.

The small post are to make the solenoid close. One should be pos. the other neg.

With the key on put your black meter lead on battery neg. put the red on one of the solenoid small post. One should have voltage.

Then put your red meter lead on your battery pos. and the black on the other solenoid post. You should have voltage when the pedal is pressed and you should feel the solenoid click.
I'm not very good at explaining theses things but this will tell you if you are getting voltage to the solenoid, and if it is working.

I just checked the solenoid for voltage - with the key on, resistor still removed I do not have voltage to either of the small post. If I press the pedal with it in F I have voltage on both small posts. What wires should be on each of the small posts?

I don't have the wiring diagram for your cart so I'm blind here. If you have voltage on the small post with the pedal pressed does the solenoid click?
