Anybody installed a GE motor magnet

I have a 08 CC precedent and I'm changing the magnet to a 4pole what's the easiest way to take the original one off the armature shaft is ther something I'm missing?

Are you positive it's a GE motor? I would've thought an 08 would have the AMD. Does the sensor look like a top hat or is it flush with the end of the motor?
