Default New alltrax controller, new motor and noid, no go

04 ds club car. Just installed dcx500 alltrax controller, 500 amp d&d motor, sw180 solenoid and 4ga wires. Drove the cart in the shop, was 100% stock. Switched out the parts above and now it won't run. The solenoid will not close, reset obc, no change, controller blinks 6 red, which says undervoltage, charged all night, pack reads 52v, new wire does pass thru obc. Batteries are US replacements about 1-1/2 yrs old. At a loss. Thanks for the help.

I had similar problem - it was the solenoid.
ScottyB has nice write up on solenoids and why they may fail. It's a sticky post.

I'd check your voltage at the controller and compare to pack voltage.
- give the solenoid a tap also...that's how I got mine out of the woods and home after I installed new controller- just my two cents.

There is a LOT smarter guys than me who I sure will offer their thoughts! Good luck.

Have you tried to bypass the solenoid? And did you check your voltage at the controller?

Figured it out, power wire to the switch was on the wrong side of the solenoid.
