may I still change the speed code as my cart presently sits, without replacing batteries, Mcor2 etc? cost is $ 100 by local repair club car shop.

Sure, the speed code 4 is a controller setting and it can be done at any time.

The only issue I see is you need to get the cart to a CC Dealer so they can burn in the SC4 into your controller... Replacing the MCOR2 with a 4 is as easy as ordering one from our favorite vendor here.... www.RevolutionGolfCars.com

Your most welcome.... I still can't get over how replacing the MCOR2 & MCOR3 with a MCOR4 turned my fussy cart into a completely enjoyable ride without so much as a hiccup since installed. Slow speed can be feathered so slow that I can all but hear the electrons flowing. Me and my critters thank you!
