Put the cart on jack stands !!!!
When you push the gas peddle down you should hear 5 clicks from 0-full throttle. Do you?

With the cart on jack stands.....remove the seat bottom. Kneel next to the cart where you can put one hand or foot on the gas peddle and the other hand on the solenoids. You can hear and feel which one is clicking....Now tell us which solenoid is clicking? (ie: 3rd from the driver side?) And please count the micro-switch clicks.

Above is the wiring diagram for your cart...It has 5 solenoids and 5 micro switches. Each micro-switch powers up one of the solenoid switches.
You hear 1 micro and 1 solenoid. That first solenoid (located furthest to the driver's side) is the master power switch for all of the other solenoids.
Now since you only hear one micro click you probably have either 4 bad micro switches or a broken little plastic actuator which activates the switches as you press the peddle. You must open the box to see. Disconnect the throttle rod by sliding the end back and popping it off. ( under the cart) There are two long small bolts thru the side of the box. Remove them. Then carefully slide the cover to the rear of the cart and expose the micros and plastic slider. Careful...everything is loose. Micros can be manually actuated and they should give a crisp click...If they do not replace them with identical parts....If the micsos click....start replacing the solenoids! Good Luck
