Default Newb needs help again!!

I just finished re-installing the body on my 06 Club Car DS after paint and I think I messed something up. I tried to be as careful as I could as far as labeling all connectors and taking pictures of everything before I took it apart and I got it all reassembled but the cart wont run. Well, it moved about 6" and then stopped. No forward or reverse movement, just a click and what sounds like the motor trying to turn. While in reverse, the buzz works but no movement. I already rechecked all the connections and everything looks good. Any ideas??

Maybe I'm checking in the wrong spot. I checked output from the positive and negative on the series of batteries. Where should I be getting a reading??

Yeah, it was on the charger for a few hours right before I checked it. I'll unplug it and get a reading in the morning.
