2003 club car front end loose
The front end/steering on my 2003 club car seems loose. I've replaced the rubber bushings, everything seems tight, but the steering seems to be loose when I hit bumps. Feels like it doesn't want to go straight down the road. Time to replace the steering gear/stabilizer? Thanx

Re: 2003 club car front end loose
Welcome to BGW,
How is the front end alignment? How much does the stealing wheel move before the wheels start to move? Are the wheels standing straight up and down or leaning? Are they turned in at the front or out? |

Re: 2003 club car front end loose
Have somebody sit in the seat and turn the wheel back and forth while you look at each front end component and look for play/slop....mine was at the king pins , one side had completely wore out the brass bushings...
