First item you need to address then is what is your carts serial number? As depending on weather or not you have an IQ or Excel cart dictates some of cost. 2nd item is how deep is your check book and how much are you really willing to spend? My cart will do a little over 30 with the hills at its back without going to extremes; via an HO motor and 500 amp controller... But to maintain a full 30 on flat land will likely require a bit more controller; perhaps a 700 amp controller. Also at those speeds the rear drum brakes are going to seem a bit weak in the event you want/need to stop quickly. Thus are you willing to invest in hydraulic front brakes as well? Another thing to keep in mind is these carts are not meant to pull 30 MPH speeds and while many will do it, it is flat out a little squirrelly and almost frightening to maintain... Are you ready to crash at 30 MPH with little to no safety gear to speak of? |
