Disregard my last post. Wrong # for that throttle.

That is a CVP, not a Multi-Step Pot (V-Glide).

Our site sponsors carry those switches:

And here is the correct high resolution diagram for that cart.

That's the old pot-box. It's no longer made, and I'm almost certain the micro switch is no longer available either. The correct replacement part would be an AM293201 MCOR4 conversion kit. Those pot-boxes are known for failure. It pretty impressive that it's made it this long without failing on you. Can you take another picture of your solenoid wiring and post it just so I can be certain?

Yeah - pretty weird that it is a 1995 and the part is for '96 and '97. I did order the micro switch from GCK. If that doesn't work I'll look at replacing (just looking to get it moving right now). I think the wiring is correct according to the wiring chart except for the black jumper that was suggested I install from controller b- to small yellow post. I would appreciate you examining wiring to make sure it's up to snuff. Once I get the replacement switch, I'll taking readings and post results.

You must have a late 95 model, like A954+ serial number.

The wiring looks right, keep that jumper in there until You are sure the cart works (You can remove it later for testing).

There is a good chance the OBC lockout transistor is gone due to the previously miswired diode.

Your diode is still backwards on your solenoid. The diode has a red side and a clear side. The red side needs to be with the red and white wire. The clear side needs to be with the yellow wire. Look at it closely next to your small yellow wire and you'll see the red strip on the diode. That indicates the positive side of the diode, on the negative wire of the activation coil. Swap the diode, and fix all of your microswitch issues and it should work fine. The MCOR4 conversion kit will work on 1995 model cars after the 16th week of production, but it's just so much easier to market it for 1996 models so it doesn't confuse people.

Edit: Also, are you sure that's a 48 volt solenoid?

OK - thanks for double checking my set up. I will make that change to the diode. Is there a chance I damaged the diode or transistor? I'm pretty sure the solenoid is 48 volt - at least that is what it says on the box. Anyway to check?
