Default Re: what is my next step to get this thing up to the normal 19 - 20 mph?

My batteries, (4, 12 volt Trojan T-1275,) are brand new and my cart has hardly been used, (just received it a couple of weeks back,) but at this time after a full charge and then having the batteries rest for several hours I’ve had readings of 52 to 50.8. Most cells on a fully charged 12 volt battery could be at 2.165 x 6 = 12.99 x 4 = 51.96 or worst case of a normal 2.1 x 6 = 12.6 x 4 = 50.4. I also have just a code 3, (still waiting for them to receive the code 4 for my unit from Club Car,) and with 10” wheels and 22” tires I get max 19 MPH shown on my Garmin. Not 19.1 or 19.2 but just 19 MPH so I’m hoping for at least a 4 MPH gain once it’s programmed.
