Sergio,

I know you know what you are talking about. I also know this voltage is not real useable voltage, like you said ghost voltage. I just think it is funny that the meter will read voltage on a tire.

I always though when I read about this something was wrong in the wiring on the carts in question. From what I saw today I'm guessing this is a common thing most likely on most carts.

I think I need to test all three, several times each to rule out any errors. Then test all three at the same time just to be sure!

Well the battery charger went to zero amps and shuts off. Since we put the new batteries in. So I guess I am not going to worry about the odd readings, the cart is running good and everything else checks good. We did clean the batteries and make sure there was no leakage or loss of voltage through the casing to the frame that was not our issue but like I said not going to worry about the magic just be happy the show is over. Tried putting video on here but it was too large tried editing the video with no success maybe I can load it to a webpage somewhere thanks for all the help
