It could be the micro switch in the MCOR, You can try jumping the 2-pin connector and driving around to see if the problem goes away.

Also, next time it happens, ask the customer if the reverse buzzer works when the cart is not working, if it does not, the issue is likely the OBC lockout.

How do you access the mcor underneath the accelerator pedal. There is also a brush guard or brush pan underneath the cart. I will try to attach photos.

Just remove the floor mat, You will see a plastic access door where you can access the MCOR connectors.

Sorry I'm late to the show. These guys are steering you in the right direction. The MCOR failure is very possible.

That's funny Crash, but that is Pops foot in the pic not mine. Sorry about duplicate pics but wife was trying to do it going down the road and I was driving. To answer Sergio's question. When the cart happened to be in the non running state the reverse buzzer was still buzzing. When I got home from work I tried to tell dad about maybe it was the mcor micro-switch and we needed to jump it and try the cart the next time it went into non run mode. BUT pops still wants to say it is the low amp on the controller. Since he started working on it this morning he said he has hit the accelerator pedal 50 times and it has run every time, and it was running when I went to my bowling league. I have not called dad yet to see if they made any new discoveries since I left. I will call and let ya'll know what he found. PS: the cart was not running when we went to bed last night but it was running this morning, it has been jacked back up since then and was still running a few hours ago.

The fact that the buzzer still works when it is not running even further backs up the mcor theory. It indicated that the controller is powered up and waiting for a signal from the mcor. Classic symptoms of an intermittent micro switch inside the mcor.

Going to put the wheels back on the ground this morning and see if and when it might quit running. Once it quits we will check the micro switch. If it does not quit running, we will try to climb the pretty good incline hill in my back yard and see if the strain makes it shut down, one of the test should tell us something
