Default 2007 clubcar precedent 48v wiring diagram

Sorry if I missed it, but I do not see a 2007 clubcar precedent 48v, with 4/12v batteries wiring diagram anywhere. Does anyone have one or know where I can find one?

Wow you guys are great
THANK YOU. CTD I will let you know what we find on this one.
Customer says it just quits running, sometimes as he's backing it out of the garage, other times after about 20 minutes of run time. Here we go again. Do you need to go to a clubcar training to obtain some diagnostic tools and manuals/diagrams?

OK the cart is in our possession, one of the first questions I have is maybe about amp draw on the controller. After listening to the customer explain the times when the cart quits running. I noticed it has a CURTIS 48v-250a Model-1510A-5251 SER# 07030P-342904 This might be lengthy but I will try to say what the customer has told us what has led us to this point. I am not sure what he did or someone did but someone arced the batteries so bad it messed up the positive post on the back battery on the passenger side. He took the battery to a battery place and they fixed the post ?. His 4/12vdc batteries are fine, not the best we have seen but OK. all are 11.2 under a load. The wire that was on that post was getting extremely hot after running just a few minutes, the customer was thinking this might be causing his cart to overheat and shut down after a few minutes of run time, that is when he brought it to us, My dad replaced his battery cable and then rode the cart a couple miles up and down our paved level road leading to the shop. the wire never got hot and the cart ran fine all voltage looked good as dad watched it while driving down the road. The customer came and picked it up and we told him if it still acted up to give us a call. Well the customer got the cart home rode it around for about 20 minutes, with no problem, then he let his daughter get on it and she started up the yard and he says it is a very small incline, but it is a incline and the cart shut down again. SO I am back to the AMP Issue. He has recently put a lift kit and Bigger Tires (22x11-10) I do not know the make of the motor but it says AU2500-3.3hp 48v and the model number is 102705001/EJ4-4001
He has also added head lights if that makes a difference. I was wondering if because of the bigger tires and Lights if maybe he should have upgraded his 250amp controller. I have a pretty good size incline in the back of the property I was thinking about taking it down the hill and see if shuts off coming back up the hill. Thanks for any ideas and we are working on it. PS: the serial number on cart is PQ0729-xxxxx

OK While I am inside researching (watching football and eating pretzels) Dad and my brother in law went ahead and replaced all battery cables, we had the cart jacked up so they ran the wee wee out of it in forward and reverse, no problems, they jacked it down and went to back it up out of the garage and it quit on them, so they just did what customer did shut key off on fr switch to neutral waited or talked about it a minute then it went in reverse, they were going to run around the yard to maybe check the HILL TEST but the cart did not make it 50 ft and shut off again. Dad put a meter on the solenoid and sure enough it had lost voltage. I have read a few post on issues concerning a CC Precedent and shutting off. One thing I read was posted by our fellow JAKESNAKE27 he said

"Very simple, solenoid dropout. Not uncommon with these first year IQ carts. Revolution Golf Cars sells the harness you will need to eliminate this problem. It's a 30 second install, plugs in right behind the FR switch"

I also read were one guy by-passed his solenoid and fixed his problem but you guys told him why he did not want to leave it like that, safety reasons enough said. However could we by-pass it for troubleshooting purposes ? So that makes me think we might have something wrong between controller and solenoid causing that solenoid drop off or MAYBE still a amp issue.

Still reading and reading and reading. I also saw where some one was using one of these 1313-4401 Curtis handheld fancy computer thingy. Would this work on the controller for this cart ? 07 precedent IQ. 600 bucks I would hope it worked on most Curtis controllers hmmmm

i am not good on iq carts
jake is ... maybe shoot him a pm and ask him to look in on this thread
Dave @ Revolution Golf Cars (TahoeDawgZ71) is also great with club car stuff
for testing only a solenoid can be by-passed
if your a full time shop the hand held thingy would be worth it

Well now I am going to have to ask. He has a small lift kit, and some 22 in. tires and we are leaning towards his 250AMP controller being to small. So I called the customer and asked him if the problem started about the time he put the lift kit and tires on, and He SAID it was maybe 4-6 months AFTER the lift and tires that it started cutting out on him. Is this something that would have slowly degraded controller over time? OR maybe something else is cutting the NEG off away from the solenoid ? here are some pics of the cart
