Default 2009 Precedent...I think I blew something!

I was out working on my cart, it's a 2009 Precedent 6x8v. The person that had it before me had a lighted toggle switch in place of a key switch. I was putting a dash kit on so I went ahead and put a key switch back in it. Got everything wrapped up, turned it back to Run and when I turned the key I heard a pop come from under the seat. I took for granted the color on the wires. There was a blue, green, and black w/yellow stripe on the toggle. I figured the green was the ground they used to make the light on the switch come on...I was wrong! So, I sent the ignition voltage straight to ground. I re wired it, now the reverse buzzer still works, but it won't move. No solenoid click, nothing. Is there a fuse I may have blown, or did I fry the controller???? Where should I start looking?

The Green wire is the main positive wire coming into the keyswitch. It's possible you blew a fuse, but if the fuse is good, the controller is shot. The fuse is located beneath the controller cover in a fuse holder near the solenoid.

Since the FNR and the buzzer are working, the fuse is good.

The main issue is if You connected that Black/Yellow wire with the Green wire.

If this is an Excel cart (serial number starts with PH), you took out the controller negative path for the MCOR and the Speed Sensor.

The controller may still be good and you may be able to back feed the negative.

Temporarily run a wire from the Black/Yellow wire directly to pack negative to see if the cart works.

If it does, look at the Controller 16-pin connector pin #3 to see if burnt.

Well, I found a blown 15A fuse in a covered holder coming out of the harness loom under the solenoid. Is there anything I should look for before I put this all back together?

If that is the fuse after the Tow/Run switch, there is no way the buzzer would have sound if the cart is wired properly.

What wires do You have connected to the key switch?

Sergio, I just put my fluke to it. It is in fact the fuse that leads to the run/tow switch. As far as the key switch, there was a green, black/yellow stripe, and a blue that went to what was previously there. What wires are supposed to be on the back of the key switch? I went back to the old toggle and ohmed it out, and put the blue, and green on the back of the key switch as that was the 2 colors making contact on the old toggle

Green and Blue go to the keyswitch. The other wire is most likely a ground wire for the illumination in the old toggle switch you removed. It will not be re-used. Attach the proper wires to the keyswitch and replace the fuse and report back to us. You may have gotten lucky. If this were a DS you'd have a barbecued wire harness, as they are not fused.
