06 precedent low speed shudder
I got a 2006 Precedent in. Long story short..... I've replaced the speed sensor and the MCOR. It was manifesting both symptoms at one time or another. I still get a slight shudder at very low throttle. New 12 volt Trojan batteries with 20 charge cycles. I.D. prefix PQ0643. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Re: 06 precedent low speed shudder
Dave,
Do you have a Curtis handheld scanner you can plug in and see what's happening? |

Re: 06 precedent low speed shudder
I do not have one. I've got the EZGO but not the C.C.
Thanks for responding. |

Re: 06 precedent low speed shudder
Sorry David, what I meant to type was... I don't have the C.C. adapter for the handheld. My adapter is female just like the port on the precedent.

Re: 06 precedent low speed shudder
You should be able to Unplug the adapter and plug it directly into the controller with the 4 pin molex connector.

Re: 06 precedent low speed shudder
Take off the black cover between the batteries and the handheld plugs direct into the controller.

Re: 06 precedent low speed shudder
Chances are good its motor brushes. Either getting stuck, or are worn out.
