| PS. the heavy gage stereo wire , rubber(plastic) cover is not designed to be resistant to the elements or Battery acid. That is why we all use welders cable , more expensive but it will stand up. This is only my openion and may or may nor reflect the view of others in this Forum |

| ok boys so i took the cart for its maiden voyage on the 4th. it ran but not perfect, i think it is only running in one gear? i checked the the solenoids 2 were bad replaced them and also replaced 5 micro switches. the batteries had not been charged for a long time so once i did take it out it was reall slow. I checked the voltage on the first solenoid it was 36v when the pedal was depressed it dropped to 25v is that because of the load and the batteries not being charged for a long time? The double a arm lift rides horrible ! my god it could shake the balls of a bull! going to have to go. also on my motor the terminals are not labeled and are not in line they are stagered up the motor.it works in forward and reverse but i wanna make sure its all ok. any ideas? |
