They move right now as you push down, Loosen them bolts up a little.

another thing I can't tell from the pictures, is your tie rod that goes from side to side touching the frame? my lifted cart does this when both front wheels are off the groung. it is possible it is limiting down travel?

also check the slop in your steering box. Most of the people with those old setups have trouble with them...

Nope.....nuthin there either? When you are posting scroll down to additional options and select manage attachments .... browse your pics and upload right to this site. pics will automatically be attached to your post when you submit.......
