Default 2003 48 Volt Club Car Barely Moves

Okay I will do the best I can here. Please be patient as this is new to me. I don't see the year on the Club Care but its a 2003 or so. I was driving up the driveway in the snow, hit the brakes hard, stopped and put the kids on the bus. When I hopped back in there was nothing. No go what so ever. I towed it back and it sat for a few months. I went to drop it off at the repair shop and made the rookie mistake of letting a friend who said he could fix it try. So far the computer, controller, pedal switch have been replaced. The motor was completely rebuilt they said it was ready to pooch and a little crispy inside. Here what I can tell you.

The batteries have been load tested
They are fully charged 51 volts
When I hit the gas I hear the solenoid click
I jumped the two large posts and the wheels turned for two seconds
I tested the micro switches at the forward reverse and theres full power
When the charger is plugged in it goes on for ten minutes and turns itself off
The reverse buzzer sounds when put in reverse

Start with the model number on the passenger side floorboard look at the kick panel and there should be a model number, that will help with a lot of things. I never feel comfortable when someone seemly change a lot of expensive parts and not detail why. You said it ran for two seconds, was it on jack stands.
Also by the way welcome to BGW!

I bought the cart in the Florida keys, it is completely redone and cant find any info on it other then whats on the motor.

Club Car Casing
Part Number - 101785701
Model Number - 58C59JBS61948
Date Code - KKN N
Voltage 48 volt
10 hp

The OBC I just installed was this model
Club Car PowerDrive 48V OBC 101800601 101800606 10195610...

Any other way to tell?

Yes I changed the computer and jacked it up. I kept hitting the gas pedal and nothing would happen except for the solenoid clicking. Then finally I hit it and the tires spun a quarter way around (lol not much) I did some research and crossed the main lugs on the solenoid and the wheels did a couple turns when I hit the pedal. If I hold the gas pedal down and spin the wheels by hand the motor assists but they don't have enough power to keep spinning.

So when you jumped the solenoid it worked but without the jumper it would just click. Did they replace the solenoid?

without the jumper after numerous times pushing on the gas pedal it moved a quarter turn on one of the pushes. Then after I attached the jumper they spin a couple times around and stop. More spin but not much.
