Default How to tell if my mcor is bad

I have a new motor and new batteries and my cart sometimes will not go into reverse and after pushing and moving it around it goes but not full speed sometimes. Yesterday it seemed like it wouldn't go full speed and then would kick into high gear. Could this be the mcor

It could definitely be the MCOR, but the symptoms sound more like a problem with the 1/2 reverse micro switch interrupting the throttle signal.

That is switch #3, or the closest one to the batteries.

Try disconnecting the Green and the White wires and connecting them together.

Test run the cart to see if the problem goes away, just remember You will have full speed in reverse.
