Default 48v battery question

I recently upgraded my cart with a voltmeter and have a question concerning what my voltage should be. I have seen the charts comparing voltages to discharge percentage but was curious when to compare the voltage.

I would suspect after the cart is stopped for a few minutes, this voltage would be a accurate representation of discharge percentage.

What should voltage drop to under heavy load?

Thanks

Thank you, I kind of figured that was the case.
